Notes to client:
(1) Times are estimates and will be confirmed at the opening meeting prior to commencement of the audit.
Big Lots驗(yàn)廠審核過程中各部分的時(shí)間分配會(huì)由審核員在首次會(huì)議時(shí)與工廠確認(rèn)。
(2) AI auditors reserve the right to change or add to the elements listed before for during the audit depending on the result of on-site investigation.
AI審核員保留變動(dòng)或增加現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)的不符合項(xiàng)的權(quán)力。
(3) A private place for preparation, review and conferencing is requested for the auditor’s use.
工廠需安排獨(dú)立的辦公室，以供Big Lots驗(yàn)廠審核員進(jìn)行相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備、審核及討論。
(4) A private place for workers interview is requested for auditor’s use.
工廠需安排獨(dú)立的辦公室，以供審核員進(jìn)行員工訪談。
(5) If more than 1 day on-site necessary, the activities will extend on the whole audit timing, but remain the same.
如果審核時(shí)間超過1天，Big Lots驗(yàn)廠審核計(jì)劃中所列出各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的時(shí)間將在此基礎(chǔ)上延長(zhǎng)。
